Upselling/Cross-selling

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and increasing revenue by effectively promoting our products and services to existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively contact and engage with existing customers to promote and sell additional products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing pipeline and sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in upselling and cross-selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
