Customer Service Rep

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing clients and resolving their issues or concerns. You will also play a valuable role in promoting our company's offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls
- Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Continuously develop comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and promotions
- Promote new products or services to existing clients
- Record important customer information and maintain detailed records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Collaborate with other departments, as required, to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members
- Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred.
