As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing clients and resolving their issues or concerns. You will also play a valuable role in promoting our company’s offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls
– Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
– Continuously develop comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and promotions
– Promote new products or services to existing clients
– Record important customer information and maintain detailed records
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention
– Collaborate with other departments, as required, to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service, call center or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with other team members
– Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education preferred.
