Account Manager
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our company's products or services. This role requires a strong ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with the necessary guidance to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Work closely with other team members to ensure client needs are met
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients to help them make informed decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
